Description

You will work within the manufacturing facility to maintain organization, quality, and improve manufacturing efficiency. Your day involves reviewing internal quality issues, identifying areas for improvement, and leading Kaizen events to enhance workflow and throughput.

Requirements

• Help maintain continuous improvement mentality with focus on Kaizen
• Observe, investigate, and communicate process improvement projects
• Collaborate with plant management and corporate Continuous Improvement Lead

Responsibilities

• Review logged internal quality issues and develop means to eliminate them
• Spend time on plant floor observing manufacturing and identifying waste
• Lead multi-team departmental Kaizen events
• Collaborate with Safety, Quality, and Production teams to implement process improvements
• Implement error-proofing processes to ensure consistent high-quality products
