Description

You will own the strategic management of our DACH carrier portfolio, transitioning relationships into long-term alliances focused on Total Cost of Ownership. You'll negotiate multi-year agreements, drive operational value, and act as the bridge between internal teams and carrier partners.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of DACH logistics and carrier landscape
• Proactive in identifying market opportunities
• Native German speaker and fluent in English
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
• Analytical skills to evaluate total costs

Responsibilities

• Own Total Cost of Ownership for DACH, managing surcharges and cost leakage
• Drive strategic partnerships and lead negotiations with major DACH carriers
• Develop and manage key executive relationships with carrier partners
• Ensure operational value realisation and tackle service issues
• Act as internal advocate for DACH carrier requirements across teams
