💼 About This Role

You'll architect and deploy production AI infrastructure for enterprise customers, designing scalable Kubernetes clusters and multi-agent systems. You'll directly shape customer success and best practices in agent engineering at a leading AI platform company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design scalable, highly-available AI platform infrastructure
• Build multi-agent systems using LangChain/LangGraph
• Lead customer technical assessments and present recommendations
• Implement evaluation frameworks and A/B testing for AI applications

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in customer-facing technical roles
• 3+ years designing production infrastructure on GCP/AWS/Azure
• Strong Kubernetes experience including cluster design and autoscaling
• 1+ years building production AI/ML applications or agents

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with GitOps practices
• Familiarity with vector stores and RAG patterns
• Startup or founder background
