Description

You will lead and optimize accounting operations for Latin America, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in financial reporting while driving process improvements and supporting strategic decisions in a fast-paced online gaming environment.

Requirements

• Fluency in English and Portuguese
• Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance; active CRC certification
• Post-graduate qualification or MBA in Controlling/Finance
• Deep knowledge of IFRS and BR GAAP; expert understanding of Brazilian tax legislation
• Experience with large-scale ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a high-performing accounting team across Latin American markets
• Manage general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and fixed assets
• Review financial statements for accuracy and IFRS/BR GAAP compliance
• Oversee tax calculations and ancillary obligations for Brazil and region
• Drive process improvements using technology and automation
