Description

You will lead user engagement studies and define metrics to assess human-AI teaming performance in operational environments. You'll work with end users and stakeholders to evaluate AI systems, develop UI mockups, and perform statistical analyses to tailor AI solutions for specific scenarios.

Requirements

• US Citizenship required; ability to obtain security clearance
• MS or PhD in relevant field (e.g., Human Factors, Psychology, Engineering)
• 5+ years professional experience
• Experience with HMT, HMI, HSI, human factors, usability
• Programming skills in Python

Responsibilities

• Perform Human-Machine Teaming Test and Evaluation of AI
• Lead user engagement studies and human-in-the-loop assessments
• Identify human performance metrics for Human-AI Teaming
• Develop UI mockups and serve as liaison between data scientists and end users
• Provide technical direction to small-mid sized teams
