You'll provide 1:1 behavior-analytic services to children with autism using a strength-based, neurodiversity-affirming model. Your work directly empowers families and builds meaningful progress across home, school, and community settings.
π― What You'll Do
- Provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services
- Implement positive behavior strategies developed with BCBA
- Document session data to track treatment goals
- Collaborate with families and supervisors
π Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with children
- Willingness to obtain BCAT credential within 90 days
- Reliable transportation to travel within 30-40 minute radius
