Description

As a Universal Hospice RN, you will handle weekend on-call duties and provide compassionate, person-centered care to hospice patients and their families across Logan, Champaign, Hardin, and Auglaize Counties. You'll be part of a mission-focused ministry committed to transforming elder care.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred, graduate of approved nursing program
• Valid Ohio RN license
• Minimum 2-4 years direct patient care in hospice or home care

Responsibilities

• Manage primary caseload of hospice patients
• Provide skilled professional nursing care as prescribed by physician
• Comply with Medicare Conditions of Participation and Ohio hospice laws
