• Drive statistical direction and technical strategy for experimentation platform
• Design and improve experimentation methodologies for product and research teams
• Build pragmatic solutions balancing rigor with operational simplicity
• Improve reliability and trustworthiness of experiment results

📋 Requirements

• Experience building or scaling experimentation platforms at large tech companies
• Deep expertise in causal inference and online experimentation methodology
• Strong coding and systems skills in Python and large-scale data processing
• Experience with variance reduction, CUPED, sequential testing, or SRM detection

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in large-scale product experimentation or ML experimentation
• Track record of influencing technical strategy through hands-on leadership
