Description

You will lead a team of Sales Development Managers at MongoDB, focusing on hiring, coaching, and driving pipeline goals. This role involves collaboration with field and inside sales, developing KPIs, and mentoring top-tier talent in a hybrid work environment based in Melbourne or Sydney.

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in prospecting and closing as an individual contributor
  • 2+ years experience leading/managing with a track record in hiring and developing
  • Complex enterprise software experience, preferably in open source software sales
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Top performer with track record of overachievement (President's Club, Rep of the Year)

Responsibilities

  • Attract, hire, retain, and develop talent
  • Provide coaching and mentoring on sales methodology and prospect qualification
  • Deliver weekly team performance summaries and forecasts to senior management
  • Develop KPIs, monitor team activity, and drive execution against metrics
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to establish scalable lead management processes
