Description
You will lead a team of Sales Development Managers at MongoDB, focusing on hiring, coaching, and driving pipeline goals. This role involves collaboration with field and inside sales, developing KPIs, and mentoring top-tier talent in a hybrid work environment based in Melbourne or Sydney.
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in prospecting and closing as an individual contributor
- 2+ years experience leading/managing with a track record in hiring and developing
- Complex enterprise software experience, preferably in open source software sales
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Top performer with track record of overachievement (President's Club, Rep of the Year)
Responsibilities
- Attract, hire, retain, and develop talent
- Provide coaching and mentoring on sales methodology and prospect qualification
- Deliver weekly team performance summaries and forecasts to senior management
- Develop KPIs, monitor team activity, and drive execution against metrics
- Collaborate cross-functionally to establish scalable lead management processes
