Description

As a Clinical Nurse Manager, you'll lead and mentor field staff, conduct client assessments, oversee care delivery, and collaborate with community partners to ensure high-quality home health care. Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• 2+ years of RN experience
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• Passion for patient-centered care and team development

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and inspire field staff to deliver exceptional care
• Conduct in-home client assessments and develop personalized care plans
• Oversee care delivery and ensure highest clinical standards
• Supervise and support HHAs and CNAs in the field
• Facilitate new hire orientation and ongoing staff training
