As a Senior Technical Recruiter at Headway, you will partner with engineering, product, and design leaders to drive high-impact searches and shape hiring strategy. You'll act as a talent advisor, diagnose search challenges, design sourcing strategies, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience to help build a national mental health care network.

Requirements

• 5+ years full-cycle recruiting in high-growth tech environments
• Deep experience hiring technical roles (Engineering, Product, Design, Data, Security, IT)
• Ability to operate as a business partner using market insights
• Creative sourcing skills to engage top technical talent
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management

• Run full-cycle searches across technical orgs from intake to offer
