💼 About This Role
You'll lead Sales Operations to build scalable GTM infrastructure for a high-growth company. You'll own compensation design, forecasting, and cross-functional strategic planning. This role blends hands-on operational leadership with executive-level insights.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Lead day-to-day sales operations including quota management and commissions
- Build annual operating plans and executive reporting
- Partner with Finance, Legal, Marketing, and Product teams
- Define and optimize GTM tech stack and analytics
- Hire, coach, and develop a high-performing Sales Ops team
📋 Requirements
- 7+ years experience in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations
- Proven success supporting GTM teams in high-growth environments
- Expertise in sales planning, forecasting, and compensation design
- Deep proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
✨ Nice to Have
- Healthcare or fintech domain expertise
- Prior experience at a hyper-growth startup
- Experience with SFDC admin and GTM tools (Hubspot, Marketo, Outreach)
