💼 About This Role

You'll lead Sales Operations to build scalable GTM infrastructure for a high-growth company. You'll own compensation design, forecasting, and cross-functional strategic planning. This role blends hands-on operational leadership with executive-level insights.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Lead day-to-day sales operations including quota management and commissions
  • Build annual operating plans and executive reporting
  • Partner with Finance, Legal, Marketing, and Product teams
  • Define and optimize GTM tech stack and analytics
  • Hire, coach, and develop a high-performing Sales Ops team

📋 Requirements

  • 7+ years experience in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations
  • Proven success supporting GTM teams in high-growth environments
  • Expertise in sales planning, forecasting, and compensation design
  • Deep proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

✨ Nice to Have

  • Healthcare or fintech domain expertise
  • Prior experience at a hyper-growth startup
  • Experience with SFDC admin and GTM tools (Hubspot, Marketo, Outreach)
