You will lead day-to-day coordination and execution of program initiatives, working alongside the Chief Engineer and Product Managers to meet technical and operational requirements. You will take full program ownership from proposal to end-of-contract support, focusing on autonomous drones and solid rocket motors.

Requirements

• BS/BA in a technical field
• 5+ years of professional experience
• Ability to create and deliver technical and programmatic presentations
• Proven program management skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee contract execution, compliance, renewals, and amendments
• Lead proposal development including Basis of Estimate and cost analysis
• Cultivate customer relationships and identify business opportunities
• Manage risk, performance, budget, and invoicing
• Coordinate field demonstrations and operational events
