Requirements

  • 2+ years in sales, account management, or customer-facing roles in fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed performance goals (revenue, retention, activity-based)
  • Advanced English fluency (spoken and written)
  • Comfortable with outbound engagement and proactive communication
  • Self-motivated and resourceful

Responsibilities

  • Drive Expansion Revenue: identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Proactive Outreach: engage customers consistently via calls, email, SMS
  • Deliver Value-Focused Demos: showcase solutions that solve specific business problems
  • Own the Sales Cycle: manage pipeline, forecasting, and follow-up using Salesforce
  • Position AI-Powered Solutions: articulate value of AI-driven capabilities
