• Own post-goalive relationship for high-value accounts as technical authority
• Guide customers through complex growth phases and architectural shifts
• Identify underutilized features and provide deep-dive technical guidance
• Develop technical playbooks and reusable templates for global efficiency

📋 Requirements

• Deep experience in PaaS ecosystem and cloud infrastructure
• 5-8+ years in technical account management or systems engineering
• Ability to design sophisticated technical workflows and architectures
• Professional fluency in English and French or German
