You'll lead a dynamic portfolio of environmental projects across Minnesota and the Midwest, including site investigations, remediation, and UST removals. You'll guide sites through MPCA programs such as VIC and LUST while managing budgets and client relationships. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead environmental due diligence, site investigations, and remediation projects.
• Manage field programs for soil, groundwater, vapor intrusion.
• Oversee project deadlines, budgets, scopes, and profit/loss.
• Mentor and train scientific staff, hire subcontractors.

📋 Requirements

• BA/BS in Environmental Science, Engineering, Geology, or related field.
• 7+ years managing soil and groundwater investigation projects under MPCA programs.
• Experience managing ESA and PCA portfolios.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

✨ Nice to Have

• PE, PG, CHMM, or other relevant accreditation.
• Stormwater compliance experience.
• 40-hour HAZWOPER certification.
