You'll drive net-new sales of CaptivateIQ's incentive compensation platform to mid-market organizations. You'll manage complex B2B sales cycles, prospect strategically, and close deals with C-level executives. This role offers hybrid work in Austin or remote options in selected US/Canada cities.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Drive new business from lead to close
  • Build and manage pipeline using MEDDPICC
  • Prospect via outbound calls, emails, social outreach
  • Lead sales demos highlighting product value

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 2-6 years closing SaaS sales as Account Executive
  • Proven track record selling to Mid-Market (300-3k employees)
  • Expertise in MEDDPICC and executive demos
  • Self-sourcing pipeline and exceeding quotas

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience selling to sales/finance leaders
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Gong, Outreach
  • Background as a BDR
