You'll drive net-new sales of CaptivateIQ's incentive compensation platform to mid-market organizations. You'll manage complex B2B sales cycles, prospect strategically, and close deals with C-level executives. This role offers hybrid work in Austin or remote options in selected US/Canada cities.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Drive new business from lead to close
- Build and manage pipeline using MEDDPICC
- Prospect via outbound calls, emails, social outreach
- Lead sales demos highlighting product value
๐ Requirements
- 2-6 years closing SaaS sales as Account Executive
- Proven track record selling to Mid-Market (300-3k employees)
- Expertise in MEDDPICC and executive demos
- Self-sourcing pipeline and exceeding quotas
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience selling to sales/finance leaders
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Gong, Outreach
- Background as a BDR
