• Design and deliver clear onboarding plans for enterprise merchants
• Manage partner expectations and drive implementation progress
• Perform testing and configure integrations for successful launch
• Communicate product updates and triage post-launch issues

📋 Requirements

• eCommerce or healthtech launch management experience
• Web API hands-on experience (REST/GraphQL)
• Enterprise-level stakeholder management skills
• Analytical problem-solving for complex integrations
