Responsibilities
- Create and foster a customer database and implement a Personal Shopper Program
- Lead product knowledge sessions and communicate customer feedback to managers
- Open and close store, monitor payroll goals, and assume Store Manager responsibilities in their absence
- Achieve financial plans, manage sales and wage budgets, and monitor expenses
- Recruit, train, and motivate team to ensure service and sales goals are met
