Description

You'll lead day-to-day management of 3-6 client accounts, develop and execute digital campaigns across email and social media, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver creative work for consumer and impact clients.

Requirements

  • 2–3+ years of experience in digital marketing or communications, ideally at an agency
  • Strong consumer brand experience (B2C, B2B, or DTC)
  • Background in email marketing preferred, including strategy and performance analysis
  • Experience with email/CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Mailchimp, Action Network, or EveryAction
  • Excellent writing and editing skills

Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day management of 3-6 client accounts, primarily consumer-facing
  • Develop and execute digital communications across email and social media, including influencer collaboration
  • Write and edit copy for emails, social posts, and integrated campaigns
  • Track performance metrics and contribute to reporting and insights
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Creative, Production, Brand, Influencer, and Channels
