Description
You'll lead day-to-day management of 3-6 client accounts, develop and execute digital campaigns across email and social media, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver creative work for consumer and impact clients.
Requirements
- 2–3+ years of experience in digital marketing or communications, ideally at an agency
- Strong consumer brand experience (B2C, B2B, or DTC)
- Background in email marketing preferred, including strategy and performance analysis
- Experience with email/CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Mailchimp, Action Network, or EveryAction
- Excellent writing and editing skills
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day management of 3-6 client accounts, primarily consumer-facing
- Develop and execute digital communications across email and social media, including influencer collaboration
- Write and edit copy for emails, social posts, and integrated campaigns
- Track performance metrics and contribute to reporting and insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Creative, Production, Brand, Influencer, and Channels
