You will deliver technical training on InterSystems software, database and interoperability technologies to customers worldwide, both in person and virtually. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and improve courses while developing your technical and presentation skills.

• Ability to travel domestically and possibly internationally

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical training in person or virtually
• Train customers, partners and internal staff on corporate products
• Support Online Learning Team in growing course catalog
• Collaborate with Customer Support, Account Management and Marketing teams
• Cultivate client-facing interpersonal and presentation skills
