Description
You will own the end-to-end partnerships engine for the Health, Beauty & Wellness vertical at Groupon, targeting $3.25M in 2026 revenue by securing platform integrations, franchise MSAs, and brand deals. You will negotiate with booking platforms, close franchise agreements, and strike beauty brand partnerships to expand merchant supply and attract younger customers.
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development or strategic partnerships, preferably in marketplace or retail
- Deep commercial acumen and ability to negotiate enterprise-level agreements
- Strong project management skills with cross-functional collaboration
- Experience with booking platform integrations or franchise MSAs preferred
- Excellent communication and pipeline management skills
Responsibilities
- Lead partnership negotiations with booking platforms and define integration requirements
- Manage franchise acquisition pipeline: identify, qualify, and close MSAs with 12+ franchise networks
- Identify, negotiate, and close brand partnerships with emerging beauty brands targeting younger demographics
- Maintain pipeline health and report on operational metrics
- Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Legal, Marketing, and Sales on partnership execution
