You'll lead the APJ partner sales team at DeepL, driving revenue growth through VARs and distributors across Japan, Korea, and the region. You'll build scalable channel programs and executive relationships to expand our AI-powered productivity solutions. 🎯 What You'll Do

  • Recruit and onboard high-value channel partners in APJ region.
  • Develop and execute the APJ Channel Partner Plan.
  • Drive partner enablement, co-marketing, and incentive programs.
  • Manage partner sales performance and forecast accuracy.

📋 Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in channel or partner sales in SaaS/AI/cloud.
  • Proven record of building reseller and distribution ecosystems in APJ.
  • Experience managing strategic partnerships in Japan and Korea.
  • Fluency in Japanese and business-level English.

  • Knowledge of AI, productivity, or enterprise software markets.
  • Experience with Salesforce and partner management tools like Crossbeam.
