You'll ensure flawless corporate service fulfillment through data-driven analysis and strategic driver engagement. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct data-driven analysis on location metrics and driver quality.
• Execute strategic calls and follow-ups to driver partners.
• Manage driver mission setups and utilize PDS incentives.
• Reactivate churned drivers by analyzing historical churn data.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
• Strong communication and selling skills

• Knowledge of Tableau or Power BI
• Experience in In-App Comms and CRM
• Previous experience in driver/community management
