You'll own the full lifecycle of SaaS app evaluation and rationalization within MongoDB's GTM organization, working at the intersection of business strategy and technology. You'll drive structured, data-informed decisions that directly reduce the SaaS footprint by 30-50%. This role offers the chance to shape how MongoDB scales its go-to-market technology investments.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end analysis for new app requests
• Drive SaaS rationalization across active dispositions
• Build and maintain the SaaS portfolio tracker
• Partner with BU champions to understand tool usage
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment discussions

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• 8+ years of techno-functional experience as a business or IT analyst
• Experience with SaaS tools, vendor contracts, or procurement
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Lumos, SaaS360, or similar SaaS management platforms
• Exposure to GTM tools like Salesforce or Hubspot
• Understanding of SaaS contract structures ACV, enterprise license agreements
