💼 About This Role

You'll own the ML stack end-to-end at Arcade, crafting systems that generate visuals, motion, and language capturing brand personality. You'll experiment with the latest models and build scalable pipelines for image, video, and text generation on a small, highly technical team where you ship bold ideas end-to-end. This is a highly collaborative role where you'll partner closely with design, engineering, and product.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Evaluate hosted models and fine-tune open-source ones for image, video, and text generation.
• Build brand-aligned generation systems ensuring tone, color, and style fidelity.
• Develop internal evaluation frameworks for realism, brand match, and creative diversity.
• Prototype and ship ML APIs into production content generation features.

📋 Requirements

• Python + ML engineering experience (PyTorch, diffusers, transformers)
• 5+ years experience with hands-on fine-tuning or training open-source models
• Deep familiarity with modern inference and training tooling (LoRA, PEFT, DeepSpeed, Ray, Hugging Face)
• Portfolio demonstrating creative use of generative models (visuals, videos, text)

• Familiarity with TypeScript/Next.js and integrating ML APIs into frontend products
• Experience working across research, engineering, and product
