Description

You will provide skilled nursing and rehabilitative care to clients in their homes, as part of a multi-disciplinary team. Responsibilities include administering medication, wound care, treatments, client assessments, education, and accurate documentation using a touch pad tablet.

Requirements

• Current RN license in good standing in Hawaii
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Minimum 1 year nursing experience

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 skilled nursing, intervention, and supportive care per care plan
• Administer medication, wound care, and treatments
• Perform client assessments and provide patient/family education
• Monitor patient condition and document observations and interventions
• Utilize touch pad tablet for documentation
