Description

You will support low-latency co-location environments for Market Data and front office systems, manage Linux-based infrastructure, and liaise with vendors and exchanges. This role involves hands-on troubleshooting, system analysis, and performance optimization to ensure reliable market data feeds.

Requirements

• Experience with real-time native direct exchange feeds (PITCH, ITCH etc.)
• Hands-on troubleshooting of third-party feed handlers in low latency co-location environments
• Excellent knowledge of tuning Linux for low latency and high throughput with kernel bypass (Exanic, Solarflare, Mellanox)
• Experience building co-locations from scratch with in-depth Linux administration
• Experience with automation tools (Ansible, Terraform) and scripting (Bash, Python)

Responsibilities

• Support low latency co-location environments for Market Data and front office systems running RHEL8/9
• Manage and implement changes, upgrades, and new co-location builds across low latency environments
• Engage with vendors and exchanges on protocol upgrades and operational issues
• Resolve production issues in a timely, effective, and professional manner
• Perform hands-on analysis of production systems, fault resolution, and root cause analysis
