Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, or related field
• 6+ years experience in supply chain data management in aerospace/defense/manufacturing
• Proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
• Experience with SQL, Excel, or other analytical tools
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional project teams to define scope, develop plans, and manage execution
• Design and implement new supply chain processes and systems for scale
• Manage project schedules, identify critical path, and mitigate risks
• Champion change management with communication plans and training materials
• Hold teams accountable for deliverables and clear roadblocks
