You'll join a specialized 5-person team managing a dedicated Salesforce instance for Energy Management and Trading. You'll act as a Functional Super-Administrator, bridging complex business requirements with technical execution. This role focuses on high-stakes workflows like counterparty onboarding, KYC, and compliance, rather than sales CRM.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Translate non-standard business processes into Salesforce solutions
• Configure business rules, automations (Flows), and custom screens
• Implement conditional workflows for risk and compliance
• Challenge business requirements to ensure consistency and security

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or Senior Administrator
• Ability to document intricate business rules and translate into technical logic
• Familiarity with KYC, compliance, or financial risk processes
• Experience in complex, non-standard Salesforce implementations
