Description

As a Field Instructor, you will lead Mobile Training Teams delivering mission-critical drone training to warfighters. You'll own classroom delivery, manage logistics, and ensure professionalism and instructional clarity.

Requirements

• Experience teaching, coaching, or mentoring adults in technical or tactical environments
• Exceptional communication and classroom leadership skills
• Familiarity with FPV systems and UAV operations
• Confidence leading groups in classroom and field environments
• Strong organizational and documentation skills

Responsibilities

• Lead instructor and customer-facing point of contact for field training operations
• Deliver classroom instruction using standardized curriculum
• Coach students through hands-on troubleshooting and system operation
• Manage pre- and post-course logistics
• Maintain training records and submit after-action reports
