💼 About This Role

You'll support sales and marketing efforts by requesting quotes, generating quotes, managing Salesforce opportunities, and corresponding with customers. You'll also work closely with the team to analyze information and make decisions that benefit the company. This role offers exposure to Fortune 500 customers and leading security vendors.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Use Salesforce to generate quotes, track opportunities, and process orders
• Respond promptly to internal and external inquiries
• Suggest creative pricing and payment solutions
• Serve as liaison between customers, vendors, and sales executives

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required
• Prior experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software required
• Solid Math skills with ability to calculate margins/discounts/percentages
• Self-motivated with strong drive for results

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with SalesForce.com preferred
• Technical sales/support and outbound calling experience preferred
