💼 About This Role

You'll ensure regulatory compliance with SPK and MASAK regulations at a fast-growing fintech company. Your work will directly support Midas's growth by minimizing risks and enhancing operational reliability.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor company activities for legal compliance and prepare periodic reports.
• Maintain and update compliance policies and internal control procedures.
• Respond to official requests from regulatory authorities.
• Define control points and ensure implementation of internal control program.

📋 Requirements

• Holds SPL Level 3 License.
• At least 5 years of experience in compliance & internal control within brokerage firms.
• Extensive knowledge of SPK and MASAK regulations.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
