You'll design and build the backend systems powering our AI recruiting platform. You'll own APIs, orchestration, and infrastructure that handle large-scale datasets and high-throughput workflows. This role offers meaningful equity and high ownership in an early-stage company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and build robust backend systems for the core platform
• Develop and scale REST APIs using Python and FastAPI
• Build production-ready systems with PostgreSQL, Redis, OpenSearch, Celery, and Temporal
• Deploy and maintain backend services on AWS

📋 Requirements

• Strong backend engineering experience with Python
• Deep hands-on experience with FastAPI
• Strong production experience with PostgreSQL and Redis
• Experience with Celery and Temporal
