You will work with prospective and new-to-Stripe users to grow their business by managing the full sales cycle from lead to onboarding. This role involves identifying high-potential users, solving complex client needs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve the product and refine sales processes.

Requirements

  • 3+ years solution sales experience
  • Verbal and written communication in English and Japanese
  • Ability to understand complex requirements and craft custom solutions
  • Strong analytical skills including basic financial modeling
  • Ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-paced environment with strong interest in technology

Responsibilities

  • Identify high-potential prospective users and develop lead generation strategies
  • Own full sales cycle from lead to close for startups and SMBs
  • Balance reactive client requests with proactive engagements to maximize value
  • Solve complex client needs across product, marketing, risk, and operations teams
  • Lead team projects to develop and refine the sales process
