You'll support a mixed-age Montessori classroom, helping children ages 0–6 develop independence and confidence. Your role involves preparing intentional learning spaces, observing children to understand their needs, and supporting individualized and small-group activities. You'll build warm relationships with children and families while collaborating with a supportive team.
