Description

You will serve as the primary point of contact for strategic partners, building relationships to drive mutual growth. You'll manage partner check-ins, enablement sessions, and events, while generating and qualifying leads from partner networks. This role combines relationship management, business development, and partner enablement.

Requirements

  • 2+ years customer-facing SaaS role in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management
  • Experience working with partners
  • Knowledge in payroll world is an advantage
  • Willingness to travel frequently
  • Strong social, training, coaching, and public speaking skills

Responsibilities

  • Act as primary point of contact for assigned partners, building relationships
  • Drive partner engagement through webinars, enablement sessions, events, and on-site visits
  • Generate and qualify new leads from partner networks
  • Support partners with enablement activities to represent and sell Connecteam
  • Track and report KPIs including lead generation, activity levels, and revenue impact
