Description
You will serve as the primary point of contact for strategic partners, building relationships to drive mutual growth. You'll manage partner check-ins, enablement sessions, and events, while generating and qualifying leads from partner networks. This role combines relationship management, business development, and partner enablement.
Requirements
- 2+ years customer-facing SaaS role in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management
- Experience working with partners
- Knowledge in payroll world is an advantage
- Willingness to travel frequently
- Strong social, training, coaching, and public speaking skills
Responsibilities
- Act as primary point of contact for assigned partners, building relationships
- Drive partner engagement through webinars, enablement sessions, events, and on-site visits
- Generate and qualify new leads from partner networks
- Support partners with enablement activities to represent and sell Connecteam
- Track and report KPIs including lead generation, activity levels, and revenue impact
