You'll perform preventive maintenance and repairs on power generators, HVAC, and related equipment using proprietary technology. Your core impact is diagnosing issues quickly and enabling smarter workflow at customer sites and our shop. This role offers year-round OEM training and a people-first culture with cutting-edge tech support.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Use tech to create, assign, and monitor work orders
• Perform preventive maintenance on power generators and HVAC equipment
• Troubleshoot equipment failures at shop and customer locations
• Assist in training lower level technicians

📋 Requirements

• Own tools applicable to position
• Advanced mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of tools
• Experience on power generators and/or commercial HVAC equipment
• Valid driver's license with acceptable record (must be 21+)

✨ Nice to Have

• EPA 608 certification or ability to obtain within 6-12 months
• Trade school certificate
• Experience in field service and maintenance
