Description

You will drive operational excellence across marketing by designing systems, data structures, and processes that enable data-driven decision-making and scalable growth. You'll own the marketing tech stack, optimize lead management and attribution, and build reporting frameworks to align marketing, sales, and finance.

Requirements

  • Deep experience in marketing operations or revenue operations in a high-growth SaaS environment
  • Proficiency in lead lifecycle management, lead scoring, routing, and multi-touch attribution
  • Data-driven with proven experience building dashboards and reporting frameworks
  • Excellent organizational skills managing calendars, project tracking, and QBR preparation
  • Strong collaborator with Finance and Revenue Operations for budget and full-funnel visibility

Responsibilities

  • Partner with marketing leadership to define operational priorities aligned with GTM and business goals
  • Manage and optimize the marketing tech stack with Business Systems Team
  • Implement and maintain lead lifecycle processes including scoring, routing, and multi-touch attribution
  • Build standardized dashboards and reporting frameworks for marketing performance analysis
  • Identify and implement process improvements, including leveraging AI to enhance efficiency
