Description

You will oversee day-to-day operations in a Carvana Inspection Center, managing up to 70 frontline associates in a lean manufacturing environment. Your role includes mentoring leads, ensuring production and quality targets are met, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high engagement.

Requirements

• 5 years of management experience in automotive or lean manufacturing
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
• Experience leading and developing associates
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
• Valid unrestricted driver's license with clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations within the Inspection Center
• Provide mentoring and accountability to direct reports
• Ensure adherence to operating standards and performance metrics
• Maintain supervisory staff by recruiting, selecting, and training employees
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts and problem solving
