Description

You'll solve complex MongoDB challenges for large customers, covering architecture, performance, and security. You'll advocate for customer needs internally and contribute to tooling for diagnostics and benchmarking.

Requirements

• Strong technical experience in systems administration, distributed systems, network administration, database architecture, performance tuning
• Experience with programming languages such as Java, Python, Ruby, C, C++, C#, JavaScript, Node.js, Go, PHP, or Perl
• Experience administering large-scale production environments (hardware, OS, networks, cloud)
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills, ability to work under pressure

Responsibilities

• Resolve complex customer issues on architecture, performance, recovery, security
• Advise on best practices for running MongoDB at scale
• Interface with product management and development teams on behalf of customers
• Contribute to internal projects including support tool development for performance and diagnostics
