You'll join Carvana's team as a Paintless Dent Repair Technician, using advanced glue-pulling and hail repair techniques on steel and aluminum panels. You'll help deliver exceptional vehicles to customers, working in a high-tech inspection center with state-of-the-art tools.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform paintless dent repair on vehicle panels
• Use advanced glue-pulling and hail repair techniques
• Repair creases, body lines, and larger-sized dents
• Work on both steel and aluminum panels

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional automotive PDR experience
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently
• Valid driver's license and age 18+
• Ability to work mandatory overtime as needed
