You'll lead a team of Cloud Native Architects driving adoption outcomes across EMEA Enterprise accounts. Your core impact is building a repeatable operating system that improves deal quality and drives measurable revenue growth. This role combines people leadership with strategic technical sales oversight.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Hire, onboard, and develop a team of Cloud Native Architects
• Guide CNAs in applying the Technical Sales Process to improve deal quality
• Run regular cadence with sales leaders to align on account strategy
• Lead bi-weekly working sessions with Product Managers to align on releases

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of pre-sales experience
• Experience supporting sales of enterprise storage, networking, or cloud solutions
• Deep understanding of multi-tiered client/server and web-based computing architectures
• Superior knowledge of storage architectures (FC, iSCSI, NAS, OSD, SAN)

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Knowledge of containers, Kubernetes, and microservices architectures
• Experience with VMware, Local Area Networking, Ethernet, TCP/IP
