Description

You will work on Hightouch's Customer Studio product, building and optimizing data warehouse performance, analytics and experimentation features, real-time audience syncing, and generative AI enhancements for marketing and growth teams. This is a backend engineering role with a focus on distributed systems and product thinking.

Responsibilities

• Improve data warehouse performance through query optimizations and pre-computed state
• Build analytics and experimentation features for audience segmentation and campaign measurement
• Develop real-time audience syncing leveraging CDC and real-time warehouses
• Integrate generative AI to enhance user workflows for data activation
