💼 About This Role

You'll work on some of the hardest problems in applied AI alongside customers, helping turn ideas and prototypes into production-ready systems. You'll co-architect production AI agents with customer engineering teams and own the technical win across the full sales lifecycle. This role sits at the intersection of engineering, product, and go-to-market, shaping how LangChain is adopted in the field.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Co-architect and build production AI agents with customers
• Own the technical win in pre-sales through POCs and evaluations
• Advise customers post-sale on architecture and best practices
• Run technical demos, trainings, and workshops for developers

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in software engineering or customer engineering at a startup or scale-up
• Strong Python and JavaScript fundamentals
• Experience designing LLM-powered applications with multi-step workflows
• Comfortable working directly with customers during POCs and evaluations

✨ Nice to Have

• Deployed AI agents in production using LangChain or LangGraph
• Experience with LLM evaluation, observability, or guardrails
• Cloud experience (AWS, GCP, Azure) and Kubernetes concepts
