🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead training for new Coating Operator associates
• Coordinate daily production prioritization in coating department
• Troubleshoot production errors and provide feedback
• Analyze daily production metrics and implement improvements

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of production leadership experience
• Proven track record meeting or exceeding expectations
• Experience with Google Suite
• High School Diploma

• Experience with Schneider Optical Machinery
• Experience with DVI LMS
• Experience providing operational training to others
