You'll lead a team of DS/ML engineers building production-grade ML models for Wayflyer's go-to-market and funding processes. You'll be a hands-on technical leader writing code and reviewing PRs. This role offers the chance to shape ML strategy at a fast-growing FinTech startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage, mentor, and scale a team of DS/ML engineers.
• Oversee end-to-end ML lifecycle from data annotation to deployment.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to define data science roadmap.
• Implement best practices for reproducible pipelines and testing.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in Data Science/ML with 2+ years in management.
• Proven track record of building production ML systems.
• Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Experience with ML deployment and orchestration tools like Airflow.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in FinTech or Credit Risk.
• NLP experience (text classification, NER).
• Familiarity with Modern Data Stack.
