You'll lead the London office and team for Property-Based Testing at Antithesis, working on Hegel and Bombadil products. You'll shape architecture, write code, and set technical standards while bridging London and Virginia teams. This is a rare chance to build a new office from scratch and solve the verification bottleneck for software reliability.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build the London team — hire and onboard exceptional engineers
• Foster open source communities for Hegel and Bombadil
• Write code, review code, and debug gnarly issues
• Drive delivery on complex cross-functional projects

📋 Requirements

• Strong engineering chops in C++, Python, Java, or Go
• Familiarity with property-based testing, fuzzing, or formal verification
• Proven track record of leading engineering teams in a startup environment
• Experience building or expanding a remote engineering office or distributed team

• Experience with test infrastructure or developer tooling
• Shipped something open source
• Background in CS, philosophy, or mathematics
