You will independently develop, source, and curate compelling product assortments for clients, negotiate supplier relationships, and build assortment strategies that deliver creative and profitable products reflecting the clients' brands.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 3-5 years retail buying, merchandising, or planning experience
• Fluency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Experience developing merchandise strategies and using market intelligence
• Strong cross-functional communication and influencing skills

Responsibilities

• Define seasonal product strategies identifying opportunities and trends
• Negotiate and build strategic supplier relationships and product assortments
• Analyze data to evaluate performance and create actionable insights
• Run weekly merchandise status calls with clients and internal teams
• Ensure successful product line presentations to clients
