Description

You will own the end-to-end technical SEO and AEO strategy, leading audits, improving Core Web Vitals, and managing organic content programs. You'll mentor peers and scale best practices across multiple sites and geographies for a leading hotel tech company.

Requirements

• 8+ years owning technical SEO at scale across multiple geographies
• Hands-on AEO experience
• Deep expertise in crawl, indexation, log analysis, rendering strategies, Core Web Vitals
• Advanced experience with schema.org, JSON-LD, entity modeling
• Proficiency with Google Search Console, analytics, BI tools, crawlers, SQL, Python, or advanced spreadsheets

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technical SEO and AEO strategy and roadmap
• Lead deep technical audits and resolve rendering, canonical, hreflang, redirects, robots, XML sitemaps, and information architecture issues
• Design and maintain schema, entity, and knowledge-graph models
• Own organic content program and SEO content roadmap
• Build monitoring, alerting, forecasting, and dashboards for SEO performance
